About the role The Advice Data and Analytics (DR&A) team is responsible for driving and enabling the Advice business through the provision of innovative data and analytics solutions.

This is a newly formed team within the Advice COO. The purpose of the Data Quality Analyst is two-fold, to remediate data quality issues raised by the broader Advice business and establish data quality monitoring capability within Advice to enable historical tracking of quality and proactively identify areas of improvement. You will use data governance tools to provide transparency into the levels of data quality.

You will rapidly establish yourself as the subject matter expert on Advice data quality and help ensure that Advice data meets the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities - Ensure data used is of sufficient quality to support business decision making - Triage and run prioritisation sessions for data quality issues - Perform technical data quality activities, such as data profiling and analysis of data across data assets - Create data quality rules in data quality tools and configures dashboards and reports for ongoing data quality monitoring - Implement processes, policies, procedures and standards to govern business critical data - Deploy a data quality framework for consistently defining data quality requirements and implement proactive management of data quality for business critical data Capabilities & Experience - Hands on experience in Data Quality management (preferably in a banking/ financial services industries) - Proven experience of data profiling, quality rules definition and data quality testing - Strong experience in Data quality measurement and metric generation, aggregation into quality performance indicators and all aspects of data quality management including a full end to end data quality implementation - Sound problem solving skills - ability to analyse and understand complex data problems and determine appropriate solutions Wellbeing & Benefits As a company that values wellbeing, we offer a range of great benefits to support you financially, professionally and personally.
