How You Can Impact Our Business: Resolution Life are looking for multiple talented Senior Business Analysts to work across various exciting and innovative projects as we embark on our exciting Digital transformation and close out a large separation programme. What we are looking for: Strong Financial Services experience – Insurance, Wealth Management, Life insurance, Super/Banking Exposure to Separation, mergers, acquisitions is desirable.
Define business processes ie: Current state using techniques such as business process maps, Data flow Diagrams, Context Level Diagrams Undertake change assessment both business and technical to understand gaps and define process and/or solution accordingly. Proven ability to work proactively with a use of initiative and early escalation of issues Team oriented – able to work with the project team, IT and business partners Delivery focused - Ability to plan and work independently and manage deliverables to agreed dates Effective communication skills both written and verbal Experience with waterfall and agile delivery methods.
