Telephony Support Engineer
RandstadGenesys Telephony Support Engineer is currently required for a 2 months contract to provide configuration, support and patching for Genesys contact centre platform. You would also be required to perform VOIP and network duties. To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Telephony Engineer who has demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Genesys contact centre system.
