Based in Narrabri or Moree you will be offering your best service to clients in 3 aged care facilities so they can continue to live healthy, happy lives. Generous relocation package also on offer.
about the role: You can be based out of Narrabri or Moree and your work will be across 3 residential aged care facilities. As an OT, your main focus will be the restoration and/or maximisation of function and you will: conduct comprehensive clinical assessments under ACFI run group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes deliver in clinic and gym services implement and upgrade rehabilitation exercise programs liaise with a greater team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective courses of treatments deliver home-visits for NDIS or elderly client benefits: company car & fuel card as well as a relocation allowance supportive and close-knit team with an emphasis on inclusion, diversity & fun full-time permanent 2 year contract position annual professional development program graduate training program available for new grads. about you: Ahpra registration as a Physiotherapist - limited or full open to having fun and being part of a close knit team valid police check and drivers licence ability to build rapport with clients and team members strong communication skills to apply: submit your resume to this advert or to jacqui.
