HR Business Partner Position Summary Reporting to the Team Lead of Talent and Employment Relations. You will be responsible for partnering with a specific client group on a 6-month project to provide high-level advice and expertise on a range of complex HR matters. Such as advising on policy, performance management and Industrial Relations matters.
The Team lead seeks to promote a collaborative and inquisitive team, while a truly flexible working arrangement is offered, parking is also available. Key Responsibilities Industrial Relations Case management and advice EBA interpretation Advising on policy Coaching managers and employees through performance-related matters Key Requirements 2-4 Years HR generalist experience (with strong case management exposure) Ability to work independently within a collaborative tight-knit team Union facing exposure EBA experience Nice to have - Business Partnering with an IT client group.
