Access Randstad's benefits and discounts to leading retailers Surround yourself with a supportive team coupled with a progressive and innovative culture 3 - 6 month temporary assignment to take you through to mid 2021 Your new role: The Governance Officer will be responsible for a multitude of tasks including but not limited to: Governance Projects, providing varied support to the Governance Team and other Council departments, drafting policies and protocols, conduct induction training, providing support for formal GIPA requests and researching legal inquiries. To be successful: The successful candidate will have a business, legal, or governance qualification at a Diploma level or above with previous Local Government Experience.
You will also be experienced in Policy Administration, GIPA, Local Government, Training, Customer Service, Problem Solving and Legislation paired with proactive work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
