Expression of Interest - Salesforce Technical | Sydney| Capgemini Salesforce Technical Leads (manager grade) You'll manage development teams, guiding them in solving technical challenges across the Salesforce platform, working with technical architects to derive optimal solution, performing code reviews to ensure best practice whilst being hands on in complex Salesforce build work. Saleforce Developers (senior consultant grade) You'll be analysing, designing, coding and unit testing business critical Salesforce applications and solutions, creating complex workflows and triggers that will create solutions to address client issues making their processes more efficient. Qualifications and Experience:?? Developer: Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organisations.

Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce declarative programming techniques. Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Component development. Belief that any repetitive task can be automated with code.

Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations. DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git. Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.

Technical Lead (as above, plus) Good understanding in the development and deployment lifecycle in creating path to production Proven experience in successfully managing development team, onshore and offshore Proven experience in governing solutions as per agreed design and coding standards and guidelines Proven experience of building declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions, preferably in newer Salesforce technology (such as Flow, Platform Event, Lightning platform, Lighting Web Component) Ability to problem solve, coupled with a tenacious nature spurred on further by something not working as it should.
