We are currently on the hunt for Cook based in Church Point Northern Beaches for a number of full time, permanent positions. With a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday. About the person: - Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery - Previous experience in high volume/bulk cooking within a commercial kitchen with exposure to functions and events - HACCP food handling experience - Good food allergen awareness - Self motivated and ability to work well within a team - Good communication skills About the role: - Preparation of fresh, nutritious meals either breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
Functions required from time to time - Good organisation skills with the ability to work within a fast paced environment - Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and wastage is kept to a minimum.
