Always Elegant CASUAL/ PERMANENT PART- TIME LASH AND BROW ARTIST Leading lash, brow and cosmetic tattoo salon requires an experienced, passionate and talented casual Lash and Brow artist. We opened in 2009 and are conveniently close to public transport as we are located on Hollywood Avenue, Bondi Junction. Position: Casual/ Permanent Part Time for the right candidate Positions are 3-5 days a week (negotiable) Must have experience (minimum 6 months): - Classic, Hybrid and Volume Lash extensions - Brow and facial waxing - Knowledgable with lash lift, brow tint/ henna is advantageous but not a requirement Duties include: - Performing the above treatments - Booking management; via phone, messages, emails and in person - Thorough client consultations prior to treatment - Recording client notes - Building rapport with clients - Cleaning and organising; must keep the salon spotless and in order - Operating the POS Perks of working with us: - Great work culture - Competitive hourly rate and weekend rate - Generous commission/ bonus structure - FREE lash and brow treatments - Lots of potential for growth - Supportive and mature team of staff - Continued training and support - Close to Public transport - A managing director who is a lash/ brow and cosmetic tattoo specialist and understands Our company values are innovation, teamwork, professionalism and quality.
