EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS, JOINERS & CABINETMAKERS NEEDED Navan Bespoke Brookvale based Joinery company committed to quality work, on time delivery and excellence in client service is searching for experienced and energetic Cabinetmakers, Carpenters and Joiners for full time positions. Job tasks and responsibilities – Carpenters and Joiners Building and installing timber frames, partitioning, flooring, decking, doors and windows Building, Renovations and fitting out across a range of carpentry/joinery projects associated with new builds, renovations, fit-outs, shop-fitting and building installations Attend different sites as required to complete projects Organise and ensure installation is carried out according to specifications Train and supervise apprenticed employees Problem solving at short notice Work to deadlines with our existing team Maintain and secure all tools of the trade Comply with all company and OH&S rules Job tasks and responsibilities - Cabinetmakers Cut out and shape wood for furniture for new builds and renovations, office and shop fittings including for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other residential and commercial structures per job specifications Fabricate custom joinery pieces Prepare and assemble cabinets as required Set up and operate machinery and hand tools Fit and assemble prepared wooden parts to make and install furniture Organise and ensure installation is carried out according to specifications Train and supervise apprenticed employees Problem solving at short notice Work to deadlines with our existing team Maintain and secure all tools of trade Comply to all company and OH&S rules Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant trade Installation experience required Ability to read technical documents and drawings Demonstrate high attention to detail Produce work of high quality and take pride in your work Ability to run projects with a small team Driver licence (manual preferred) What you are offered Ongoing training and support Job security in a permanent full time position Career progression and a variety of work Conditions: Joinery and Building Trades Award 2010 Remuneration: commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience, within annual salary range $60,000 - $85,000..
