They are looking for an experienced order processing customer service professional to join their expanding team. The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your duties will include: Key orders, returns and credits into CRM system Manage inbound emails in a timely manner Liaise with warehouse regarding stock availability Liaise with sales team in regards Follow up on orders and liaise with freight regarding deliveries General administration when and as required The Candidate The successful applicant will have proven call centre experience ideally from retail, distribution, or manufacturing industry, and will display the following: Proven experience in an end to end customer service role Excellent phone manner and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
CRM experience would be advantageous but not essential Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask This is a full-time permanent opportunity with the hours 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
