Permanent $79K super Gold Coast location Our client is looking for a Support Facilitator to join their growing business, principally responsible for service delivery at a branch level and the management of day to day office duties and support facilitators. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers in providing innovative and flexible support to people with disabilities and their families . Primary Duties include; To strengthen and contribute to a client in a safe and friendly environment.

To supervise the Support Staff in implementing therapeutic goal-oriented support services to the clients within their caseload. Maintain close positive working relationships by developing close links with Support Facilitators, employees and external stakeholders Provide disability support coordination at a service delivery level to further enhance the services offered to clients Responsible for On-Call Duties Qualifications preferred: Relevant degree with relevant experience; or Associate diploma with substantial experience; or Qualifications in more than one discipline; or Attained through previous appointments, service and/or study an equivalent level of experience and expertise to undertake the range of activities required. Current QLD open class driver's license; Working with Children's Check and/or Disability Services Card First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Key responsibilities: Undertake responsibility for a moderately complex project, including planning, co-ordination, implementation and administration; Undertake a minor phase of a broader or more complex professional assignment; Assist with the preparation of or prepare organisation or program budgets in liaison with management; Set priorities and monitor workflow in the areas of responsibility; Provide expert advice to employees classified at lower levels and/or volunteers; Exercise judgment and initiative where procedures are not clearly defined; Understanding of all areas of computer operation to enable the provision of advice and assistance when non-­standard procedures/processes are required; Monitor and interpret legislation, regulations and other agreements relating to occupational health and safety, worker's compensation and rehabilitation; Undertake duties that require knowledge of procedures, guidelines and/or statutory requirements relevant to the organisation; Plan, co-ordinate, implement and administer the activities and policies including preparation of budget; Develop, plan and supervise the implementation of educational and/or developmental programs for clients Please submit your resume online in the first instance in a word format.
