An opportunity presents for a strategic and highly innovative Learning Manager to join a global pharmaceutical organisation. Reporting to the Head of Learning, your role will provide support to the development and the execution of the learning strategy and initiatives in line with their business priorities supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Lead on the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions across the entire organisation Develop and support continuous high performance and high engagement Manage complex stakeholders Implement strategic development plans Undertake learning needs gap analysis Input into the digital framework in support of learning strategy and programs Drive uptake and engagement Design bespoke learning programs in consultation with key stakeholders Develop expertise in digital solutions Schedule and deliver programs across the business according to requirements and deadlines Skills and Experience Possess working knowledge of leading-edge learning theories, practices, benchmarks, systems, technologies and digital learning Be a change agent who can empower others Experience in managing learning programs from vision and strategy to implementation Have confidence in coaching Experience in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous Proven ability to work in a matrix organisation Experience with the development and implementation of digital learning solutions Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
