Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking for an energetic, eager to learn and professional Finance / Accounts Administration Officer to join this large and iconic organisation located in Mt Waverley. (opportunity to potentially work from home) This is your opportunity to secure a role within a busy, rewarding and dynamic environment. Reporting to a supportive Finance Coordinator your duties would include: Preparing and processing the Sales Consultants commission payments Attending to all queries in a timely manner Maintain all spreadsheets, payment schedules and reporting Daily Banking Reconciliations Management Reporting Manage all company credit cards Ad hoc Administration We are looking for someone with experience in an all-round Accounts-Administration / Finance role and looking to progress into a busy and booming industry / organization.
You will have the ability to work in a high-volume environment, to multi-task with a strong customer service focus. If you are a strong team player, have strong attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadline requirements, have a strong work ethic with the desire to learn and progress then this is the best next step for you and your career This is a permanent, full time position. Option to temp to perm is also available.
