With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups. We are currently seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team in our Sydney CBD Clinic, NSW, on a Permanent Full-Time basis, working 38 hours a week.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, this position will be responsible for providing professional and efficient clinical services in the form of developing, implementing, and coordinating exercise programs, medical screening activities, executive health evaluations, musculoskeletal and fitness assessments. There is also a possibility for providing onsite health screening and wellness services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supervise, plan, evaluate, and implement executive health and exercise programs for clients Take patient histories and conduct physical examinations Conduct musculoskeletal and fitness testing Medical screening including ECG, spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol testing Injury management Delivery of health and wellness initiatives Liaise with clients Comply with WH&S standards Administration and financial duties display a premium level of respect, communication and service in dealing with employees, managers, patients, clients and service suppliers Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and organisations CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS As the successful candidate, you will have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology together with the following: Accreditation with ESSA Current Senior First Aid qualifications Developed computer skills and the ability to write comprehensive reports Be comfortable and confident in working with a diverse cross section of our population Have the ability to establish strong rapport with our clients Work both autonomously and within the team environment; demonstrating agility and strong time management skills Recent graduates are welcome to apply WHY JOIN US?
