The Company Our client offers a range of growth and internal progression opportunities across the business and are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Officer to their busy Contact Centre. The Role Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader this role will involve Making outbound calls to customers and technicians confirming and scheduling appointments Maintain positive relationship with all customers Data entry into multiple systems ensuring accurate data This role will start immediately, and will be temporary working from home, at this stage until the holiday period. About You To be successful in this position you will have the following skills: Experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Excellent telephone manner. Problem solving skills.
