Duties: Manage the front desk Accurate & efficient data entry Organizing meetings and calendars for the director Report compilation Organising event catering Raising PO’s Managing email inboxes and responding to queries Deliver excellent telephone communication for all calls Greet guests in a professional manner Coordinate day to day office tasks Schedule and coordinate meetings Run errands and other administrative tasks as they arise Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and wider team with their administrative needs Skills & Experience: 1 years administration experience preferably in a medical environment Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong organisational skills Experience supporting volume recruitment projects Relationship Building Culture: Professional high performing environment, everyone works alongside each other and is an important component of the wider business.
