Permanent Opportunity Mining Industry Highly Competitive Salary The Company Our client is a collaborative organisation within the Mining Industry experiencing significant growth and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the Senior Leadership team. This is a true generalist position covering the full employee lifecycle with a focus on developing the HR department and presence across the Organisation. The Role Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a HR Professional with your key responsibilities including: Managing and leading a specialist HR team who are responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and offboarding Designing and implementing an effective Learning and Development program Developing Recruitment and Retention solutions in conjunction with Organisational Strategy Managing remuneration, benefits and superannuation with CFO and making appropriate recommendations where required Develop and provide HR reports with key metrics for Executive Management Managing all Employee Relations matters in line with Fair Work working closely with Managers Managing all Industrial Relations and represent at any agreement negotiations Develop and implement a working performance management process Review, update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures Drive a collaborative, high-performance culture with ongoing development Developing a working system to manage and maintain HR data ie HRMS and HRIS About you To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has experience working in HR and are passionate about building relationships with others.
You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in a growing Organisation where no two days will be the same and be excited by this.
