Technical Service CoordinatorPeninsula Personnel
An opportunity exists to join a company that is dedicated to sustainability and has an excellent reputation for providing industry leading energy efficient solutions. As the Tech Services Coordinator you will work closely with a team of dedicated technicians, project managers and engineers in the Services team as well as offering technical support by logging service calls and emails. In addition to technical support, you will also be responsible for coordinating resources, site accesses and project documentation for tickets, maintenance activities and minor works projects and assist with service quotes.
Responsibilities are but not limited to; Assigning and closing out service tickets and quotes within OLA and SLA Responsible for providing level 1 and 2 technical email and phone support Maintain Services ticketing system Prepare quotations for minor works projects Prepare project documentation e.g. HSE&Q, site access, Attend and lead customer project meetings Assist with health, safety and quality incident and investigations.
Liaise with customers, contractors and internal service staff both over the phone and in writing in response to enquiries Update information in the service activity tracking tool Coordinate small works projects Resource planning and ticket allocation Experience & Competencies: Previous experience with web-based tracking systems (advantageous) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Current Driver's License Project Management experience Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills ITIL foundation or higher (preferable but not necessary) Positive, reliable, customer-centric and a go-getter attitude..
