$64 p/h Super 3-month duration (possible extension) Full time, Work from home The Organisation Our client is a state authority responsible for a transformational city-shaping infrastructure project. The role Going through until the end of March, this role will involve working closely with and supporting the P&C Director. This position will suit a HR professional with a sound understanding of relevant HR reports and systems, and how they apply to various HR related matters.
Responsibilities Ensure that the Authority's current staffing establishment report is up to date, and maintained regularly - used in reporting on staffing, vacancies, etc. Updating the Authority's organisational chart to reflect the establishment report, ensuring that new starters are included, and changes in roles (e.g.
those under active recruitment) are appropriately identified. Supporting the collation of data to support regular and ad hoc staffing reporting requests: Monthly staffing reports for Executive Leadership Team, Advisory Board reporting, Departmental and WOG data reporting. Working with key contacts in Payroll and P&C to ensure that data held in central systems is accurate and updated as required.
Experience and skills Ideal candidate will have a strong HR background (State Government experience or OD/L&D background highly desirable). High level interpersonal skills and attention to detail. HR/payroll reporting background.
