Policy Advisor - 0.6 roleBecks Wiggins Stokes
Are you looking for a part-time Policy role that will see you working on a broad range of social and health policy areas? This opportunity is a fixed term, 13 month assignment, for a Policy Advisor with previous Health policy experience. You will be working for a membership based organisation in a part time capacity 3 days a week. The successful candidate will present with at least 3 years experience gained from working in a policy advisor/officer role.
You will present with strong interpersonal skills and clear and concise writing skills. This role will support policy and advocacy at a federal level across both Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for drafting briefings, submissions and position statements, in consultation with key stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will also present with the following: A relevant tertiary degree in Health, Social science, public policy, law, business or research The ability to synthesise complex information effectively.
