ACFI Specialist

Your next employer: Join a rapidly expanding company that provides consultation services to residential aged care providers. Specialising in delivering and implementing ongoing ACFI and Quality Compliance support and solutions to their clients, they add genuine value to providers, allowing them to provide optimal care to residents. The exciting opportunity: Regularly travel to local and interstate residential aged care facilities (currently most work is in NSW) Become a subject matter expert on ACFI and clinical documentation, providing accurate advice and support to residential aged care facilities Add value by collecting data to identify opportunities to uplift funding within facilities Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop a holistic understanding of residents needs Develop and submit high quality ACFI claims Conduct internal audits to ensure there are no gaps in documentation Be part of the solution - ascertain areas for staff training in relation to clinical documentation and provide the necessary education to ensure ongoing success Benefits: Have significant impact at multiple aged care providers and facilities You can be based anywhere and travel Australia – work at facilities in metro and regional locations Be supported to undertake further education and career development Receive extensive training and support from a designated buddy through your induction period and beyond Base salary generous travelling allowance super Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice.
