About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their MOORABBIN . The ideal candidate will have a strong retail management background with a focus on coaching and mentoring and building a strong team. We are seeking a charismatic and hands-on Assistant Manager with strong communication skills.

A passion and/or knowledge of the trade industry and tools is preferred. In this role, you will be leading a team of up to 15 staff and managing all operational aspects of the business. Exposure to BDM and marketing is a bonus too.
