Leading a team of off-shore developers, the job description of the position of Senior Software Developer / Programmer is as follows :- Understand operational use cases in an emerging industry and translate these requirements into clear, functional and technical programming specifications Understand client specific requirements and translate these into new application features, functions and management information Collaborate and manage the daily work of the off-shore software development team Write test specifications for all new releases Write high-quality code to program complete applications, on schedule Manage technical software development operations including application deployment, support and disaster recovery processes Third-level R&D technical support, including participation in an after hours technical support roster Essential Experience Minimum of 3-years of enterprise software development experience in the business environments of Build-to-Rent, Serviced Apartments and Residential Property Management sectors.
