About us: Kimberley Kids Early Learning Centre is a 77 place long day care centre that provides child focused, educational programs for children aged 0 to 5 years. We value play and work in collaboration with families to support the ongoing learning and development for all children. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Child Care Centre coordinator.

You must have a passion and commitment for working with children and other educators to join our centre. The role will need to supervise and coordinate teams of dedicated educators in rooms/groups to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that meets the needs of children and families attending the centre. The successful applicant will possess well developed communication skills and knowledge and experience of contemporary theories and practices in early childhood, the National Early Years Learning Frameworks and the Education and Care Services Regulations 2012.

You will also have a commitment to environmental education and an interest in Nature Play. Experience within emergent curriculum and multi-age setting is desirable. We offer a generous and supportive working environment, a permanent full- time position and above award pay rates (Salary ranges from $50k to $60k according to experience).
