Hussey & Co Pty Ltd ABN: 35913060246 Horticulture Section Manager SALARY OFFERED: $70,000 - $85,000 (Fulltime) Somerville Victoria Our growing FMCG business located on the Mornington Peninsula, is looking for an energetic, passionate & highly experienced Horticulture Section Manager Duties will include: Ensure that all specification for seeding and planting are satisfied Assess quality of work and take corrective actions where applicable Ensure that seed stock / levels / usage are managed as per company procedures Liaise with Farm Operation Manager / Agronomist where required Ensure that all seeding equipment is maintain as per procedures Monitor germination to ensure seeds are of acceptable quality Ensure all records are maintained Ensure all crops are labelled correctly It is essential you possess the following: Hands on and show of commitment Successful completion of relevant AQF Cert IV or equivalent AND 1 year (20hpw) relevant post qualifications experience Ability to adapt and display skills required Proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work autonomously, without supervision.
