Head Chef

Title: Head Chef Occupation: Chef Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 plus super Company: Billy Buoy Location: 23 Albion St, Essendon VIC 3040 Hours: Full time 40 hours per week Experience Required: Diploma of Hospitality or 3 years of experience Duties : Responsible for creating and developing menu concepts that strengthen our business ambitions and positions Preparing, cooking and serving food according to agreed menu standards and ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times Analysing and understanding consumer purchasing habits in the venue and beyond, and using this knowledge to develop appropriate menu strategies that facilitate continued growth of Billy Buoy Responsible for meeting agreed food cost targets Responsible for preparing and distributing kitchen rosters on a weekly basis Responsible for ensuring HACCP procedures and practices are followed and maintained throughout the kitchens Proactively fostering sound relationships between front of house staff and kitchen staff and addressing concerns in a respectful and timely manner PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
