Our physios work in aged care facilities and in the community across VIC, NSW & TAS improving the quality of life for thousands of aged care clients. Our community work includes a NDIS caseload in the community as well as domiciliary treatments in the home and retirement villages.

Responsibilities and Duties Your physiotherapy role will include a variety of services such as: • Physiotherapy treatments • Physiotherapy assessments • Exercise prescription and the formulation of care plans • Group Exercise Classes • Implementation of a pain management clinic • Correspondence with residents, families, nursing, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners case managers and equipment suppliers • Facilitation of falls prevention workshops, manual handling and other staff education Qualifications and Skills • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy OR an equivalent internationally (and APA) recognised qualification • AHPRA Registration • Appropriate working visas • A National Police Certificate • Working with Children Check • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a team Benefits and Perks • A highly competitive remuneration package including superannuation, paid annual and sick leave • Comprehensive orientation including a supportive mentor program with our senior physios • Ongoing training and professional development and subsidy support for external training that you choose to do • Flexibility to work around your schedule • A structured and progressive career path that has potential to lead to a management role • Social events and great work life balance • Staff discounts for fitness classes including yoga/pilates/physio at our flagship studio, UPG Studio If you think you would be a strong consideration for this role, please outline your experience in a cover letter and send your resume via the appropriate links.
