About The Role Exceptional opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Platform team in Newcastle in a permanent position. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer support to our clients by assisting with troubleshooting and fixing technical issues for are application support products. You will also assist customers with general enquiries and internal team members with process improvements around operating systems.
Responsibilities Creation and Maintenance of Templates, Processes and Procedures used to carry out the day to day support activities within the project. Advice on the enhancement of these if found to be lacking Provide application support for products and services produced by Civica to defined service levels and assist customers with general enquiries, technical support and tailored advice. Remotely access customer sites to investigate and resolve software issues.
Meet productivity and quality performance standards for customer experience About You We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Consultant with highly technical background, able to adapt and prioritize work, process driven and fantastic customer service skills.You will also have: Experience with SQL and decent exposure and experience with current Linux systems. Proven track record which demonstrates the ability to meet or exceed, KPIs and SLAs.
