Exciting opportunity for a HRIS Project Officer to join a government client on a 7 month contract. About the Company Exciting opportunity for a HRIS Project Officer to join a NSW Government client on a 7 month contract basis. This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government.
About The Role Assist with the auditing of remuneration related information that will include but not be limited to HRIS records, job evaluations, position descriptions and organisation charts. Provide technical support and advice to the Executive Manager People and Culture. Assist with the maintenance of HRIS system and data management generally.
Develop documentation and processes to support a more thorough and streamlined approach to salary administration, establishment management and job evaluation. Assist with the maintenance of Council’s HRIS system. Other duties as directed consistent with the operations of Council.
Assist with staff consultation processes including the development of information for review by the management or Staff Consultative Committee. Other duties as directed consistent with the operations of the client. About You Prior experience using a HRIS system in previous roles.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and a commitment to help others. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and organisation skills.
