This national infrastructure EPCM contractor is involved in multiple industries, providing essential services across the infrastructure markets. With an exciting transition and growth period and a new centre of excellence being created in the heart of Western Sydney, this is an exciting time to join this organisation with exceptional growth plans ahead. Due to the current growth, they are currently looking to hire a Senior Planning Analyst on a permanent basis, working on defence infrastructure services projects, located in Western Sydney.
As the Senior Planning Analyst your responsibilities will include: Analyse and complete technical triage of job work orders are required Utilise PowerBi and other systems to conduct analyses and reporting Analyse trends, complete root cause analysis and develop methods to continually improve Work Order Management including the support of IT innovation Communicate with requestor on correct management of out of scope requests Train site staff & Call Centre to identify and implement contract business rules Introduce governance for site ownership of billing work identified as revenue leakage Implement commercial categorization of retrospective RM work and review spend profiles for re-tender The ideal candidate will possess: Relevant Engineering Degree or technical trade with analytical experience Possess relevant experience and/or qualifications in planning and scheduling Demonstrated experience in managing customer service and customer expectations Demonstrate experience in Business Process improvement, analytics and change management Experience in Lean 6 Sigma, Power-Bi and Project Management advantageous Competencies in the use of computer IT application such as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to process high volume data using tools such as SQL, Excel, MiniTab or equivalent Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you will be: An Australian Citizen Be able to provide or obtain a National police check Provide or be in a position to obtain a baseline security clearance This is a unique opportunity as candidates do not need to have specific industry expertise for this role.
