Take that next step in your career The Role: This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work with a tight knit team with a huge reputation. You will be the face and voice responding to east to manage landlords and tenants: Manage a neat, tidy portfolio of 200 properties Liaise with both landlords and tenants Complete repairs & Maintenance management Arrears control Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals Marketing of Properties Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Do you have what it takes?
