Services Project ManagerTechforce Personnel

The Role The Services Project Manager reports to the Construction Manager, and is responsible for the management of quality, cost and program of projects in relation to services trades, to ensure the clients’ expectations are met and internal budgets and resources managed efficiently.
Daily Duties − Coordinate appropriate QA, WHS and audit related activities for services trades − Provide D&C/ Services recommendations based on service trade knowledge − Provide input to a detailed program for service works to the project team prior to commencement on site. − Review services contract documents and create, communicate, distribute and manage all programs relating to services − Continuously seek opportunities to improve programs whilst managing any associated risks. - Monitoring progress to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the program.
− Review the data to establish a forecast budget for the project based upon the most current assessment of the end cost. −Complete all forecasting, approvals for payment, processing of variations. − Assess, challenge and/or approve purchasing claims and variations by services trades.
− General construction administration The Requirements − Tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering or building trade qualification accompanied with significant job experience and training. − Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Jobpac and Outlook. − Track record of successful completion of multiple construction projects, relating to client satisfaction, quality, program and budget.
− Technical service trade knowledge. − Broad experience across procurement and delivery of projects. − Ability to manage a team autonomously and reporting key issues and risks to senior management.
