The Role Haynes on behalf of our client are seeking an Experienced Internal Recruiter for a 9-month fixed term contract. This position will be working a Monday - Friday, 38 hour week at the Head Office in North Sydney. What will you do? Amongst the diverse day to day tasks, you will be required to; Source and Screen new applicants for vacant positions Work with Internal Stake holders to develop recruitment strategies and create a talent pipeline Completed references, contract and commencement onboarding with new employees Manage CRM and use internal databases with integrity Complete and manage contract and change of employment notices.
Manage job advertising What do you need? Minimum 2 years' experience as an Internal or Agency Recruiter.
