Customer Success Manager


Retention focused role Global IT security business 1,000 employees worldwide The Opportunity This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join this global market leader in the cybersecurity space. You will be their first-ever Customer Success Manager in Melbourne, joining a global team of Customer Success Managers who are responsible for driving customer health and retention. The CSM will be accountable for successfully managing 50-80 clients with a typical client value of between $10k - $1m in client spend.

This permanent opportunity will suit a curious, proactive CSM who has 1-2 years experience in a Customer Sucess role. IT/SAAS experience is not required and full product training will be provided. You will be responsible for delivering adoption and outcomes championing renewals, expansion and backing across your pool of clients.

We are looking for candidates who make it their ambition and objective to always provide and deliver ultra-service to your customer base. In addition you'll be joining a great office culture, a world leading product, be at the forefront of innovation and be a part of a global organisation who over time will present you with the opportunities to move into a Sales mentor and then onto a Sales Director. What you will do: Manage a portfolio of existing customers Manage client escalations to resolution.

Leverage cross-functional teams within the business who will support you in performing your role. Have excellent organisational and project management skills. Constantly conduct client checks to drive satisfaction and retention.

Present solutions to CISOs and information security experts. What you will bring: Minimum 2:1 degree 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Client Service or Consulting role Familiarity with enterprise networking technology Ability to manage in complex and crisis situations in a confident and calm manner Able to effectively communicate with senior business professionals across every industry vertical Strong communication and presentation skills Willing to travel to accounts across Australia Strong time management skills, self-motivation and goal orientated at all times.
