Senior Compliance OfficerRobert Half
The Company Robert Half Financial Services are looking for a high-performing Compliance Officer to join this rapidly growing and award-winning markets firm based in the CBD. The successful candidate will support the Head of Compliance and will be fundamental in making sure AFSL conditions and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Role · Completing daily and periodic Compliance duties · Responding to regulator enquiries and investigations · Investigating and preparing responses to client complaints · Maintenance of Compliance and group registers · Performing monthly and periodic key control testing · Drafting Compliance Policies and Procedures · Maintaining AFSL licence as well as overseas licences Requirements · 2-3 years in a compliance role within a financial services firm · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About you You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have a flexible outlook and are able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with contacts from various different teams.
