Sales Manager - BDM - CCTV and Security Industry
Lead national sales team to develop business with key partners, installers, distributors and end users in CCTV, security surveillance industry. Client Details World-leading company in manufacturing and selling video surveillance products and services. Description Lead and manage the national sales team across states Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users; Develop and implement sales activity plans Represent company in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant distributors and other third parties; Work with the sales team to ensure the company is seen as preferred vendors for those partners Coordinate with the country manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance Develop business Profile Minimum 5 years of experience from sales/ account management in Security and CCTV industry.
Excellent customer service. Exceptional Presentation, Negotiation and Closing skills. Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
Outstanding communications and presentation skills both written and verbal.
