The team is responsible for turning those enquiries into paying LV clients who return time and time again. As a Senior Legal Project Manager (SLPM), you will manage a team of Legal Project Managers (LPM)/law graduates to ensure we provide the best possible client experience, every time.

Your primary responsibility will be to support your direct reports to do their best work. You will have regular 1:1s, create coaching plans, manage team enquiries and client escalations. You will also support the Head of Growth to optimise the client and employee experience.

You will assist with: • team operations including lead allocation and LPM rostering; • inducting and training of new team members; • improving and maintaining internal knowledge management resources and tech systems; and • liaising with the legal team to improve our pricing, product offering and end to end client experience. This role is full-time based out of our Head Office in Pyrmont, Sydney.
