Organisation: Our client is an authority focused on ensuring Victoria's regions remain great places to live. Role: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the wider HR team, whilst coordinating general HR activities including recruitment, learning and development and OHS. Responsibilities: Preparation of end to end recruitment in a timely manner Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment and variation letters Assist with the maintenance of salary and benefit information Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on all HR related procedures Coordinate learning and development activities including working with the LMS, coordinating learning outcomes, and providing evaluations Delivering high level and quality output around P&C and Organisational Development initiatives.
About you: Completed qualification in Human Resources Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar HR role with previous internal HR experience around end to end recruitment tasks and exposure to other HR activities across employee lifecycle Excellent customer service skills, and a self-starter who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Sound written and verbal communication ability, requiring tact and professionalism For more information: Contact Jacqui on 9629 9999 or via JAnastasidixonappointments.com.au quoting the reference JA64125.
