Contract Finance Manager
Fantastic opportunity to assist a Not-for-Profit that is doing great work. While they are getting figures, thier CEO feels there are efficiency gains and reporting improvements to be made. This is an important role - to document current processes and reporting and develop a road map to take the organisation to best practice.
In that, it will look at process automation and development of a reporting dashboard. This would include: Options to improve existing processes. Options to implement a new accounting software solution or increase current functionality (MYOB).
Potential to outsource some functions. Options for ongoing staffing model. You will bring: Experience in SMEs, ideally N-f-P.
Experience in end-to-end accounting and reporting. Experience in using SME accounting software, ideally implementing new systems, and systems analysis. Qualifications in accounting/finance - CPA or CA.
Good report writing skills. Mature personality to navigate existing staff. Ability to work remotely and independently due to COVID-19.
