This role also requires a person with organisational skills and the ability to deliver significant service and business outcomes to our customers. Day to day Claims file management; Claims Management of claims, customers and clients; Policy Interpretation; Compliance to process and service standards; Customer Centricity to customers, clients and brokers as required. About you End to End to claims management - including loss adjusting, building assessors, claims handlers, support staff and Insurers; Supply Chain management - Builders, Contractors etc; Process & Systems ability which underpin the above; Stakeholder Management; Demonstrated insurance claims knowledge; Excellent Presentation & Communication skills; Minimum 3 years’ experience in general insurance.
