We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer/Insurance Report Writer . This role would suit an insurance professional who is seeking either a full time or part time role with the option of working from our head office in Alexandria or working from home. Ideally you have experience working in the insurance industry or insurance law so you are au fait with legislation and the industry and therefore able to produce precise reports and content relevant to factual investigations.
The purpose of the role is to: Support Procare’s Factual Investigation division and investigators by writing and reviewing factual investigation reports in a timely manner in order to ensure they are of sound quality prior to submission. The main activities and responsibilities of the role are: Proof read factual investigation reports submitted by investigators to ensure they meet the required standard; Produce relevant and detailed content for investigation reports; Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Maintain the internal database with relevant information following all divisional processes; Assist with creation, QA and formatting of other written material, including manuals, policies and procedures, training materials and presentations.
