ASIC Compliance Officer
Use your admin skills to assist with the resolution of ASIC compliance matters for a large Northern Beaches chartered accounting firm. Your Role: We are currently seeking a proactive, competent and organised administrator to assist with the ASIC compliance matters in our firm. The role would suit someone with experience in a corporate secretarial role who has dealt with ASIC matters and is detail oriented, personable and with an aptitude for technology.
You will work closely with Partner and Client Manager together with a small ASIC compliance team and will be responsible for: Resolving ASIC matters & updating details in CAS; ATO Portal & internal systems Investigating, identifying and correcting all anomalies and client changes Communicating with clients and ASIC Taking ownership of assigned ASIC related compliance tasks Continually looking for ways to streamline and improve efficiency in compliance related tasks Processing ASIC comparison reports and relevant documentation required for client changes Maintaining company records General administrative duties The role is being offered as a 6-month contract that may extend, on a full-time basis. However, we are also happy to discuss flexible hours for the right applicant. About You: It is essential that you have: Experience in in ASIC compliance role or a corporate secretarial position.
