Case Manager – High Complexity Workers Compensation Location: Parramatta, NSW Type: Full-Time, Permanent positions. The opportunity We currently have opportunities for experienced Workers Compensation Case Managers to join our team in Parramatta These positions involve High Complexity Case Management, within our Workers Compensation & Treasury Managed Fund area.

As a Case Manager for the Insurance for NSW team, you will work in partnership with NSW Government agencies to provide proactive claims management that helps injured workers return to health and work following workplace injury or illness. Within the team you will work closely with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and onsite visits to ensure a safe and durable return to work. You will provide best practice claims management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision-making skills to achieve return to work objectives.

You will also be working in a flexible, positive and driven team environment. Your story so far The role requires a high level of customer service, combined with resilience and excellent negotiation skills. You will possess the ability to communicate in a professional manner with a variety of different stakeholders.

Previous case management experience is essential, due to the high complexity of the cases you will be managing. A customer-centric, empathetic approach to dealing with all stakeholders and a desire to promptly resolve enquiries Demonstrated resilience in challenging situations Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs A modern approach to improving the business and a willingness to embrace change Ability to be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
