Housing Support Admin Officer
About the role BaptistCare Housing and Retirement Living is currently seeking a Housing Support Admin Officer to join the team on a full time, 3-month contract basis. This role is to support the accurate and efficient delivery of administrative and system support functions for Community Housing and to assist with resources to effectively provide excellent customer relations and positive outcomes for tenants. About you The successful candidate will have: The ability to work in harmony with Purpose and Values of BaptistCare Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to develop professionally with a goal of career enhancement in Housing High level negotiation skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders Team player (cross functional team) Competence in service assessment and documentation (including service planning).
Good working knowledge of Work Health and Safety practice Computer literate - intermediate to advanced MS Office and Outlook Tenacity, tolerance, empathy and patience with tenants and their needs Flexible and willing to work between locations as required Strong time management, organisational and planning skills Strong understanding of KPIs and achievement of goals within set timeframe EXT123.
