Admin Assistant – Theatre Bookings Part Time – 2 positions available We are seeking a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant in our Theatre Bookings department based at our Noosa Hospital. The successful applicant must be highly flexible, organised and capable of working autonomously. The position demands a professional individual who has excellent computer skills and is confident across all Microsoft applications.
The successful candidate must have high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The roster will incorporate rotating shifts between the hours of 08.00 am – 05.
00pm. The position in the Theatre Bookings Department is responsible for booking all theatre cases, as well as managing the waiting lists for our public health contract patients. Applicants will need to be team players and able to cope with the demands of multi-tasking in a team environment and will need to meet the following selection criteria: Essential Requirements • Previous experience working in a health care setting • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and maintain good working relationships • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability • Demonstrated exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Proven strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to work and cope in stressful situations • Proficiency in Microsoft applications Desirable • Experience in Meditech patient management system About the Organisation Ramsay Health Care is a global health care company with a reputation for operating high-quality services and delivering excellent patient care.
