Customer Service Coordinator / Call Centre

Immediate start. Kilsyth. Rotating shift between 8am and 6pm.

Working from home initially. 3 month contract possible extension $29.00 per hour - immediate start Rotating shift: 8.

00am to 4.00pm & 10.00am to 6.

00pm Monday to Friday Kilsyth - Working from home initially Friendly team environment The Client Well established design and manufacturing company in the eastern suburbs has an urgent requirement for an experienced customer service professional to respond to and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Duties and responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints by telephone or electronically ensuring superior customer experience. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary to escalate and direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person for action.

Follow through on customer queries, restock levels in a timely manner. Ensure records of customer enquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken are kept up to date and recorded. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers.

Pricing, shipping and deliveries, including documenting any issues. Participate in incoming call loop, including overflow from the main office. Achieve productivity targets.

Adhere to company values, policies and procedures. Process invoices, order entry and record and process orders within departmental time frames. Fast and accurate data entry (skills evaluation will be conducted), I.

T. savvy a must Ensure own tasks and procedures are documented. Contribute to customer statistics reporting.

Skills and qualifications: Proven experience in customer service roles i.e. outbound calling and resolution capacity, within a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of initiative, flexibility and adaptability Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasks Well-developed organisation and problem-solving skills It goes without saying you have high attention to detail and exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.

Fast and accurate data entry a must. An Alphanumeric and Numeric skills evaluation will be conducted. This is a 3 month contract with a possible extension/long term.

You will be required to work from home initially (due to COVID19 restrictions) before moving to the Kilsyth site. NOTE: On commencement, your hours will be 9.00am to 5.

00pm or 8.00am to 4.00pm during the initial training period.

You will then move to a rotating shift of 8.00am to 4.00pm and 10.

00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position..
