We are looking for a confident, organised and career driven person who is focused on securing and completing a Certificate III in Business on the job. What are the responsibilities? Provide administrative assistance to the Projects team Collate contractor invoices for approval Filing of invoices Ordering of stationery Credit card expense claims collation Scanning of documentation Maintaining / ordering kitchen supplies Preparation of Organisation Charts Formatting of reports in line with our company standards Arranging Travel and accommodation for staff SharePoint uploading What's in it for you?
