Market leader in their space, this co. has products that have a leading reputation amongst their customers. Lead this team to success, Melbourne based This organisation is a top international medical device company who are leaders in their very niche field.

They are represented in over 25 countries and operate in 3 markets in the healthcare space. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales function for one of their capital device portfolios. You will be responsible for leading a sales team of 7, across VIC/SA/WA/NZ, and developing and executing a business plan to accelerate growth, build a market leading position and meet and exceed customer requirements for the specified portfolio.

This position will hire, develop and motivate the team by ensuring clearly defined performance objectives are set and you will undertake coaching activities to build talent and improve the skills of the team to meet and exceed objectives. You will ensure sales team members have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell products to clinicians and related staff, and build talent by having robust development plans for high potential team members. You will spend at least 50% of your time in field developing business, leading by example and leading the sales team to ensure the business plan is executed, including building a solid KOL network to support key therapies and brands, developing strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, creating clinical education and communication programs and providing effective sales tools to realize sales objectives.
