HR Coordinator (Contract)
The company The Australian subsidiary of a multinational organisation with offices located across Australia and the globe. There has been consistent growth in the business and the HR Manager can no longer cope with the volumes on her own. The role Report to the HR Manager and support her to execute 360 HR services to a client group of 400 staff across ANZ located in Sydney, Perth, Qld, SA and Victoria.
Your responsibilities involve: Ensuring employee records are correctly input into WorkDay. Raising recruitment requests in WorkDay and ensuring authorisation is gained. Ensuring newly recruited staff have completed their employment compliance and all information is loaded into WorkDay.
Production of contracts of employment, letters for changed employment conditions and salary increases. Contribute to the delivery of projects such as pre-employment medicals, introduction of new starter packs and the introduction of inductions for new starters. The candidate You will be able to commence this assignment immediately and commit to the 3 month term.
In addition, you will: have at least 2 years' experience in an HR function managing HR administration of a broad nature. excellent written and verbal communication skills. proven ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
